Cancellation & Automatic Renewal Policy

1. Automatic Renewal

Under the introductory launch rate, eligible customers who sign up through October 1, 2026 pay $49 USD for their first Torah Daily package and assigned cycle. Beginning October 2, 2026, the first-package payment is the standard $69 USD. The initial payment purchases the selected package/cycle, not a personal 4-week period beginning on the signup date. The first renewal date is determined by the assigned cycle and shown before payment and in My Account; that renewal is $69 USD, followed by $69 USD every 4 weeks (28 days) for each next package until canceled.

2. How to Cancel

• •Before recurring billing begins: you can cancel future renewals at any time in My Account.
• •After recurring billing begins: you can cancel through subscription management in My Account, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation before recurring billing begins: the first package you paid for still ships in full and no renewal charges are made. Cancellation after recurring billing begins: it takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Canceling renewals does not remove a paid package entitlement — you receive every package you paid for, and after that no additional renewal charge is made.

4. Already-Charged Period

There are no prorated refunds for a package or cycle already paid. Possible exceptions are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Restarting or Reversing a Cancellation

If a scheduled cancellation has not yet taken effect, you may reverse it through My Account or the Stripe Customer Portal and continue your subscription without interruption.

If the subscription has already ended, you may subscribe again through the site; the price and cycle in effect at the time of the new signup will apply.
