These Terms apply to your use of jointorahdaily.com and to the monthly subscription for printed Torah booklets. The service is operated by Torah Daily LLC ("we," "us," "Torah Daily"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Torah Daily is a recurring monthly subscription. Each month we send one package containing four weekly printed booklets, including standard shipping within the United States. The service is currently available to customers in the United States only.
The booklet content is offered for study purposes only and does not constitute a binding halachic ruling. For practical questions, please consult a qualified rabbi.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
The service is not directed to children under 13. When registering, you must provide complete and accurate details, including a complete U.S. shipping address, and keep them updated.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
3. Pricing & Recurring Billing
The subscription price is $69 USD per month, including standard U.S. shipping. Your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
If we change the subscription price in the future, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your subscription.
4. Shipping
Shipping is available to the United States only. Full details appear in the Shipping Policy.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no additional renewal charge is made after it takes effect. Full details appear in the Cancellation & Automatic Renewal Policy.
6. Payment Processing
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Torah Daily does not store full card numbers or CVC codes.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All original materials of Torah Daily LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights, including:
• The Torah Daily name, brand, and logo
• The website and booklet design
• Original written content, original graphics, and illustrations
• The selection, editing, compilation, arrangement, and presentation of the materials in the booklets
Torah Daily does not claim ownership of traditional Torah source material, public-domain texts, quotations, or any third-party content appearing in the booklets. Such material remains the property of its respective rights holders or in the public domain, as applicable, and is used with permission or as otherwise permitted by law.
A subscription grants personal, non-commercial use only. Torah Daily's original materials may not be reproduced, copied, commercially distributed, sold, or republished without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security, or impersonate another person. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the subscription will not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the event.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version and its last-updated date will appear on this page. Where required or appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
