Shipping Policy

1. What Ships

Each month we ship one package containing four weekly printed booklets. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the subscription price ($69 per month).

2. Where We Ship

We ship to the United States only. A complete, valid U.S. shipping address is required, including apartment or unit number where applicable.

3. Preparation & Delivery Timing

Packages are printed and packed on a monthly cycle, and the four weekly booklets are sent together in one package.

Shipment and arrival dates shown on the website or sent by email are estimates only and are not a guaranteed delivery date, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery times depend on the carrier and may vary during holidays or peak periods.

4. Your Shipping Address

You are responsible for maintaining a complete and up-to-date shipping address in your account.

Address changes should be submitted at least 7 days before the next monthly shipment. Later changes may apply only to the following shipment.

When an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied and the package is returned or lost, reshipping costs may be charged. We will notify you before charging any reshipping fee.

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

Material damage should be reported within 7 days after delivery and should include photographs of the package and damaged contents.

A shipment that has not arrived should be reported within 14 days after the carrier's estimated delivery date, if tracking is available, or within 14 days after the expected delivery period communicated by Torah Daily.

Our usual resolution for a confirmed missing or materially damaged shipment is a replacement. If replacement is unavailable or no longer practical, we may provide an appropriate refund.
